Today you will have an early start as your slow boat heads up stream to the Houay Xai border crossing. Once again, enjoy the relaxing scenery before arriving just prior to sunset. On arrival you will be transferred to the border. Cross border and pick up to your hotel.

Pick up in the morning and transfer to Chiang Mai and we'll make a quick stop along the way so you can visit one of Thailand's most famous temples, Wat Rong Khun, better known as the White Temple. A rather unique Buddhist temple, take your time to explore and see one artist's remarkable (and ongoing) project
